The Dulbecco’s Modified Eagles Medium (DMEM) is a modification of the BME which contains a higher concentration of amino acids, vitamins, and other additives. DMEM with high glucose content (4.5g / L) is well suited to high-density suspension cells.
This product formulation is supplemented with L-Glutamine, without Sodium Pyruvate, and comes with Sodium Bicarbonate.
